Hi,

I just purchased what I thought were DarkShader and TextureMaker. I seem to have DarkShader ok, but I have not got TextureMaker only something called TextureMax... I can\'t find TextureMax, only TextureMaker in the shop, what have I purchased? I tried installing TextureMax and running it, but nothing happens.

TextureMax is one of my products.

Basicly, it is a tool for DBpro that allows you to break up images into seperate channels. You can then assign different colors to those channels and retexture your entire object very quickly. Have a look at the link. It explains it very well.

If it isn't what you intended to purchase, then I would e-mail TGC about a refund. It is a usefull tool though

EZrotate! TextureMax! Enhanced Animations! (coming soon....) 3D Character Maker! (coming soon....)

I don't know if you have seen the character maker application that I am working on, but I use TextureMax for the character model texture manipulation. In fact, that is how TextureMax was born. I needed something to handle the Texture manipulation for the character maker. As I was working on it, I thought other people would find it useful too.
I must admit, the TextureMax editor isn't the best work that I have ever done, but it does do the job. Once you are finished creating the TextureMax file, the dll handles it really well. It is fast and the results are good.

I've played with it... but if scripting is a bit much for you I recommend you toy with FilterForge

yes!
