Ok dood, calm down. This is a forum, not a chatroom. The people here have lives better spent living than trying to decipher that illegible mess you call a post. Patience and literacy go a long way around here.

Ah, I see. It's just that
Quote: "THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR HELP"

seemed like sarcasm since you didn't really elaborate ("I found the answer on another thread", etc). Internet sucks for interpreting inflection.
Even if you are a careless typer, you can still look over your post before you submit, it makes for easier reading for the rest of us.

And side note, just because it has views, doesn't mean those who viewed it can really help you.

Also, google is your friend.

[Edit] Posted at the same time. The problem you're having is the texture you're using isn't seamless. Look up seamless texture creators, they help a lot.

water is something you would probably create in your engine (or programming language) rather than in 3DWS itself.

Well, typically when I render a terrain with a sunlight entity, I notice a color washout effect, but only in 3D World Studio.
If you use an engine, such as Dark Basic, the washout may be gone, plus you can use shaders or a matrix to simulate water effects.
If you only use 3D World Studio, my guess is that you would have to build the terrain with brushes (probably boxes and wedges).
