3D Canvas Pro / Can I put an image into 3D Canvas Pro?

I am working on a little project for school, and I want to sort of do a picture frame surrounding a portrait of this guy. I can't seem to figure out how to actually get his picture into 3D Canvas Pro; is it possible to do this?
