hello, i have been hoping to try and learn to use this program, but if i use it more than about a half hour, i get a blue screen crash. after this crash, loading windows normally will result in the same crash. booting in safe mode and doing a system restore fixes it, but as soon as i use it again, 30 goto 10. i have emailed support about 4 days ago, no response. maybe you could offer a little insight.

-to the optimist, the glass is half full. to the pessimist, it is half empty, to the engineer, it is twice as big as it needs to be.
