Hi,

I've been trying to make a ragdoll for a while now.
And finally I've come to the conclusion that this part of DarkPhysics is incomplete.

I first noticed that when "Phy Delete Ragdoll" or "Phy Delete Rag Doll" wasn't recognized as a command.

Anyway I found out that the order of which DBPro and DP read limbs differ from eachoter. This makes it hard, if not impossible, to create a 100% working humanoid ragdoll from a skinned 3d mesh.

Attached is a sample code I mocked up, using the 3D model from Newtons Advanced Ragdoll Demo.

I am using DBPro U68 as well as v2.7.4 of the PhysX drivers.

Love, L

Edit,
I also have v1.04 beta of DarkPhyscis.

I allways afraided from a clowns. aww..

Well I didn\'t ask for a list of unsupported commands. But OK.
It is still good to know what is and what is not working.

Anyway, anyone had a look at this yet?

So TGC, am I wrong or am I right?
Do you need more information or code from me?

Will there be an update for DarkPhysics soon where it is possible to create a working skinned ragdoll?

Surely I am not the only one with this problem!

Lukas,

I sent email to Mike on this, go visit my thread in the Dark Physics forum.

Oh, and I - as well as others - experienced that same issue regarding the order of limbs.
