How can I make a friend NPC to my game because it is little boring that if there's no one there at the field, but the player and the enemys.

That depends on your game. I take it from your post that you have a game in the works right now.

Just make the enemy react to the friends just like they do you - follow and attack?? You can make the friends evade the enemy too. Without more info, can't tell you anything else.

That's probably done through AI routines

Umm... yeah. Just have your allies do distance checks on every entity besides other allies. If the distance is within weapon range, and nothing is blocking the line of sight, then attack. That is the most basic AI. Later, you could add things like fleeing and evasion.
