I made this with a 1024x1024 texture, and just a box. Anyone's free to use it in their games (commercial/non-commericial), just don't re-distribute it. I've taken quite a bit from the community so I thought I'd give something back. I'll have some screenie's shortly.

EDIT: As no-one has really shown interest, and because I've found this model to be extremely primitive, I've removed the download, which will hopefully free up some space for a more important contribution by someone else. If someone wants it, email me, and I'll PROBABLY have it ready in an hour or so.

Thanks
Akanto

I believe I should put a smart comment here, but I wouldn't have time to think about it.

Here's the screenie. I suggest turning off dynamic shadows, this box is killer in that respect.

EDIT: Trying to free up some more space by deleting the screenie.

Thanks,
Akanto

It's looks alright I guess. Is this your first model?

...please replace that installer .exe with just a simple .zip file.

Few folks will want to invest the time, effort or risk associated with DLing such a
primitive model, in executable format.

Nigezu - Yeah, it's my first, nothing special. Any suggestions on making it better?

Seth Black - I was kind of skeptical about having an .exe instead of a compressed folder. It was just that it was smaller in an .exe. I guess I'll do that now...

Well, a box is a box so what you should focus on is the texture

Okay then, any suggestions on the texture?

Ah, I see why that would be better.

EDIT: Okay, I made a texture that's very similar to my original one, only it has a 'frame' like that one, and I made 2 'planks' instead of 1, like an 'X'. I also carved some definition into the box to make it a little more interesting.

EDIT #2: Updated the download & screenie.

Thanks,
Akanto
