In a map I'm building for radiate, (a large, indoor map) sometimes as I walk into a room, I hear a beepbeepBEEP noise or a beepbeepboop noise.


what is that?

no. Ive had it happen with no entities except bad guys once. and people dont generally beep often in reality

Beeping can be caused by your keyboard complaining when too many keys are held. Is it coming from your speakers or case?

It sounds like a control room- it usually happens when I walk past a certain point in my level.

you could try updating your sound drivers if your sound card is still supported by the manufacture

look at any entities in the area the noise is playing in

right click them and scroll to the bottom of that menu, should be;

sound0
sound1

or similar, just delete anything in there

there are NO dynamic entities except for guns and enemies in the whole map.
