Well, here is my entry for the fluid category. It shows how fluids react in 5 different situations. Currently there is no GUI, but it shows the fluids in action pretty well.

And here are some screenshots and video. I'll recommend seeing the video, as pics don't show how the fluids interact. Everything is running in GPU mode as otherwise the fps would crawl down really fast.

I really like the boiling flask section and the waves section, kinda makes me want a physics processor card so I can play with fluids too.
