hi, you should make a game exe maker. If you open it then it asks what tipe of game you want to make.FPS, strategy, strategy mp, fps mp, rpg, mmorpg, racing and more. Then there is files and that folders. Models, sounds, scripts, huds, maps, guis and more. You add files, you will make executable and its done, game folder need all files.

And you should read the rules and stop being a child. Seriously read the rules and think before you post things like.

Your bedtime story is scaring everyone

@Olari9: The problem with game makers like that is that all the games made end up being the same. There are some programs which will do a lot of the work for you, but you'll need to pay for them, and to be honest the games you come out with will probably just be boring. It would most probably just be a way for children to click three buttons and say "look at this game I made" to all their friends. It's not something to be proud of if it's slightly easier to use than powerpoint is for making a basic slideshow. The limited amount of user input you seem to be requesting would basically make your contribution be less than if you, say, made a level for an existing game.

Some which require a little more effort, but are still not as hard if you don't want to put in the effort, might be things like The 3D Game Maker and FPS creator.

However the bottom line is that if you want to make anything at all individual you will have to go past the basic point-and-click mentality and actually start working for it.

Its called 3d Game Maker or Realm Crafter or hell even FPS Creator. You can't expect a game in one day, if you expect to be bored while making a game, don't even try. Making a game (specifically programming) is all about time, dedication, and skill. You can not get the idea in your head "Hey I am going to make a game!" and expect everything to fall together. Patience my "friend".

You can get lots of help here on the forums (I've had lots myself and given some too). Yes it is a bit of an annoying job sometimes but like most things in life the most rewarding things are NEVER easy...

Please try to have some patience if you ever want to acheive anything worthwhile!

Could i recommend yoyogames game maker 8
It can involve some coding and isn't always a piece of cake to use and you can't insure nex gen results but with some effort you can make FPS,RPG,RTS, and nearly every other type of game,it's about normal level, as you wanted
contact me on my website below for more info

oh and you other guys don't be so harsh on him

I also agree with Game Maker (yoyogames). I started there and it was good to ease you into game making, although it isn't a very powerful program.

not very powerful, but with the U3d extension I've managed to create an fully 3d fps with terrain, particle effects and more, so it's ain't half bad.

Alright, I haven't used GM 8, but I feel like there's been a big change over there, suddenly all kinds of 3D things popping up.

I remember GM6 , it was good for making retro games like 1943 and such. haven't tried the latest version though.
