Hi all,

We are happy to announce the DBPro Forums now officially open. All user accounts created here will remain, a lot of little bugs have been fixed since beta-testing and we're now waiting for your posts!

Please note that there are still features to be implemented here and that we're making these forums DBPro specific, if you want to chat about general DBV1 talk then the Real Game Tools forums are the place to be.

Otherwise we hope you enjoy yourselves here and post responsibly, the mods are on the prowl!

Cheers,

Rich

I've fixed a number of things from the previous public beta of Apollo (for those new to this site - that's the name of the forum software we use here, it's home-built), mostly SQL queries internally to speed things up and changes in the registration process to capture people who fall out half way through. I'll be updating it over the coming weeks to include options such as post edit and attachments.

Cheers,

Rich

Heh.. this is it.. no more changes, no more forums. We'll just keep building on what we have here.

It's a fresh start for a fresh language.

As lag said, stick http:// at the start of your website address and it'll cure the web link blues.

There are things not yet implemented but which appear in the profile area but not too many. The most important features to add are post edit, instant messaging and customised time-out.

Cheers,

Rich

Good stuff. Any way to change the colour scheme though? Don't know how good all this white will be on my eyes and laptop batteries for extended use.

Cheers

Hmmm

Rich could we have a forum home button when we are on an individual forums index page?, just like the one on a thread page! http://www.darkbasicpro.com/apollo/images/dbpro_home.gif

Also how about a 'whos online' type thingy, its always handy to see if a particular person is online.
