FPS Creator X10 / No D3d devices found

Hi,
I got the Fps Creator x10 and wanted to test my created level but i got a Problem. Every time I try to test my levels a window pops out and says "No D3d devices found"

I tryed everything to fix it but the Problem still remains...

I got a Nvidia Geforce 9650M GT grafiks card that is supported i think...
4GB Ram
Windows Vista
and Directx 10 and I got all the newest drivers..

pls help
