When you use the app, it needs to know where your FPS Creator is installed and where to direct the output. It uses the \testlevel folder from FPS Creator\Files\levelbank.
So what I do is load my level in FPSC, run a test so the files for that level are created in the \testlevel folder, then fire up FPSC 2 AppGameKit, set my settings, and export. It creates the AppGameKit Project (if checked) and will produce the source code as well (if checked). I can then go into AppGameKit and code away, then produce my final output.
We use it quite religiously in our developments and has worked out great for our needs.
There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.
