Hey all,

Just thought I'd let everyone know that Google is ending support for the older version 2 of their IAB API. I think (but don't know for sure) AppGameKit uses v2, so this is a notice for Paul as well, in case he hasn't seen the announcement.

After Jan 27 2015 v2 IAB will stop working.

Thanks for the heads up. Thankfully AppGameKit upgraded to version 3 of Android IAB in 108.10

Ah, phew ok. I only knew that AppGameKit used v2 in at least one version; didn't realise you'd already done the upgrade. You're even more on top of things than I thought

Wait, I KNEW there was a reason I thought AppGameKit was V2 of IAB. It's because the help files for InAppPurchaseAddProductID make reference to Unmanaged items. V3 doesn't use Unmanaged items, only Managed.

Correct, all items are now managed but can be "consumed" after purchase which essentially resets them back to unpurchased. AppGameKit handles this internally so it sends unmanaged items as managed, and then consumes them.
