My son said "make a tie fighter" so I made one as fast as I could. I'll post it here pretty soon. It's nice because it's just one model/texture, but isn't that great close-up.

Dude I told you it's a 20 minute tie fighter I made for a 5-year old and thought I'd share. It's good for far away, but sucks close up.

Commercial use? lol! You'll have to ask George Lucas about that --though Lucas seems to be pretty generous about allowing fan-art like games and stuff as long as it's free and non-offensive.

Here's a higher quality tie. I took the 2-piece tie fighter from the Starwars Pack that Crow released,http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=73967&b=24, and put the pieces together so it's just 1 model. For close-ups it's much better.

The low-poli ties are great for far away or if you want a squad flying overhead or something.
