Well it's been a while but it's almost done.

This plugin contains 13 new command sets with over 200 new commands for DarkBasic Pro. I've attached the help files, so that you'll able to see what the whole thing is about.

Some of the window commands:

This also shows how to create single instance programs (programs of which only one instance should run, eg. screen savers) with the plugin function IS SINGLE INSTANCE().

Yes, using a VB DLL would certainly do the job.
And thanks for ordering.

All files were sent to TGC, and AFAIK the installer was built, so it's just a matter of a few days.

I think its a worthy DLL too but unfortunately I don't have a use for it in my project. So I'm going to have to give it a miss :-(

I'm having activation issues. Styx installed and seemed to activate fine.
but when I compile I get "licensed plugin not recognized by compiler..."

[VERIFICATION REPORT]
StyxAdvanced.dll=NOT VALID
StyxCOM.dll=NOT VALID
StyxCore.dll=NOT VALID
StyxIO.dll=NOT VALID
StyxVisuals.dll=NOT VALID

how do I re-activate it?

Please report this issue to TGC's customer support as I can't help you in this case.

I was wondering how will styx icon fit in the launcher. mine is full

I'm starting to think I got my download earlier than the rest.
I will contact support for the activation issue.

I uninstalled/reinstalled and I still got the "licensed plugin not recognized..." error.

EDIT:
I did get Styx earlier than I was supposed to. It did not work because it needed the new DBP6.2c which came out today. I also got a new activation code that works

I had to remove ACCODE's flash pro plugin because it conflicts with the one in Styx. (see attached image)

Not sure where to post this but, I'll try here first.

When creating a window and then using the (styx)center window
command. I can see the window first draw in the upper left
corner and then center itself. I noticed on you splash demo
that does not happen the window seems to only appear in the
center of the screen no flicker.

Am I missing a command (meaning not seeing a command) to draw
to a different screen and then show the screen the window is on.

I have alway been annoyed to see programs in DBP where windows flicker
when loading or moving.

Or it that just the way it is.

Thanks for any suggestion (I did do a search on screen flicker, windows
flicker, show windows, etc..) but, could not find anything.

The problem is that as soon as you use the SET WINDOW ON command, DBPro will draw the window on the top left corner on the screen. There's not a lot you can do about it at the moment, although I'll look into it for the next Styx update (perhaps as an extended version of Set Window On... we'll see).

The Styx Splash Screen uses its own window.
