@tj990,

TGC says you are not returning their e-mails. I have asked you to contact rick@(remove this)thegamecreators.com. Have you done so and are you using your TGC account e-mail address? If you have and still got no response, let me know and I will continue to work on it.

I have already promised another TGC model pack to the winner of the level comp. I sure hope it isn't as much trouble getting it as this has been. I think in the future I will offer a different prize or cash award instead. It should not be this difficult to give something away.

Well I changed my email about 3 days before i got the prize to tj-990@hotmail.com from soccergangsta55@hotmail.com
Rick sent me and email to soccergangsta55 and said that i was ready to go to the orders page. I clicked on the link and it went to my orders and it had said I had nothing.

Maybe you could ask him to send one to my current email adress?

Did you change your TGC login e-mail address? If you did, you cannot see your downloads from a different login and you will have to contact TGC directly.

It is widely known and published that if you change your login from the one you used to purchase you packs, programs, etc (and in this case as MP6 was added to the download area of the login you had) then you will no longer be able to download any of your downloads under the previous login. That's why I needed your TGC username and e-mail address to deliver the prize.

Try to login with your previous account. If you can not or it doesn't work then you will have to contact TGC and tell them what you did so they can move your downloads to the new profile.
