fps = 15 to 28
help i think its because of my system
AMD Athlon Processor 1GHz
128 MB RAM
16 MB graphic card
is there any trick i can speed it up
remember the game is quite big RPG world map

Have you tried togelling with camera FOV and not rendering objects out of sight?

Hiding objects that are out of view really increases the speed up. And also, try not to perform calculations on inactive objects such as collision checks, distance checks etc. This is just the thoery but you can work it out.

Also, very importantly, what are you doing for your collision tests? Anything more complex than box collision is really slow. In fact, any collision built into DBC is slow, and you may consider writing your own math collisions.

good idea i'll try use a lot of maths collisions rather than over all but how to you make it so the computer know whats in sight
