:-s this is my first modeling attempt EVER........this was done in caligari truespace 5.1....i know its not much.....buts its my first one....and its special to me! Im making a game about my guinea pig that died......and hes the model! I dont want to go all into it....but he got ripped to shreds by friggin FERRETS.....so they are the bad guys of this game......well here it goes!

try smoothing the head like the other bodyparts, delete inviseble polys, if you didn't before. good for your first attempt

Reminds me of those balloon animals clowns make, cute

Select all the faces of his head and assign them to a single smoothing group, then select the ears and give them another smoothing group, unnasign them from the head group also and see what difference that makes

You might also want to take that texture and at least antialias it/gaussian blur it a touch so it doesn't look so blocky, depends on the look you're going for though...
