Does anyone know any free hosts that I can QUICKLY load my images onto (like Geocities) and then hot link them here? Been looking around and havent been able to find one. Geocities doesnt allow hotlinking, and I heard tripod is the same. Know any good ones?

I dont care about popups or banners, again, this is JUST to host stuff for my teams personal use. This way we can showcase our stuff easier (right now I have to FTP it to our website and it takes forever!)

i would give you the username and password to my ftp (since all i use it for is pics and downloads) except its bin moved (my mate hosts it now) i cant remeber what the address is.

literaly i dont know my m8 handles all that, he's got his own server online so i use that , it's just that he's changed the address to my FTP so even i cant find it but it does exist!
I've emailed him should get a reply soonish. Then I'll email you the info if thats ok.

Use the space as you wish, so then you dont have to fill up you website. You can erase a couple of folders in there if you wish or just create yourself one. Its a lynix server so filenames are case sensitive.

Ok I' Lied you can erase the folder's Annie & Music

I used to do that. I even gave him the idea.. I mean ... *Whistles innocently*. It works but it is as slow as hell to load even on my highspeed cable. And Yahoo changes around your pictures. No good...

However,
I think (don't quote me on that...) freeserve does. It's in the UK, but half of the people here are from there anyway. Thier website is very confusing, but I assume that it is free, hence the name Freeserve. I didn't really read that much, but you can try it out.

netfirms only allows you to view images small enough. the limit i think is 700kb or something. it may be totally different, coz i cant remember

Negative...its a buggy server. When I try and log in it takes 4ever then i get that danged 'page cannot be displayed' error.

Is freeserve any good? I was thinking of puting my website there. I'm sure it beats geocities. I see that your freeserve "site" looks like one that they give you. Can you upload .html files, or do you have to use those? Does it have free FTP too? Also, that ad is kind of annoying. Can you take it out? Thnx
