Yeah, it has to be pillars or pews OR apart form basment in main room its 4-5 levels high plus whats in the tower witch is an additional 3 levels high. with basment and tower is 8-9 levels high, would this have soming to do with it?

Possibly could just be the added size. When I played the old map, I never noticed that lag in those areas, so I'm thinking its not the columns or pews. I think it's something you've added to the new level.

On one side you blocked the stairwell with rubble. Some of it may be overlapping and difficult to render? You could try removing that or some other new additions and keep testing.

That map's great, real fun for death match... any chance you'll be making a synagogue? Sadly my graphics card made me glitch and lose the ability to shot, so xploys (or someone claiming to be him) killed me like 15 times... had a real fun time, played a few rounds, might play again tomorrow.

Ah yeah thats a good point, maybe I could build a rubble model to go there, also when I added the extra stairwell on both sides the wall overlaped the standing columns, I'll move them or just get rid.

OK all I have built the columns as a segment to help with framerate!

BTW the snapshot is the prefab I built of the Church just to play arround with. Looks much better I think and it can provide cover

Ok my disciples here is an update on the CC update, now that I’m so engrossed in this project I found myself building custom segment and learning so much, you can see from diagram of some small changes I have done.



I have done custom hud’s, segments and entities, just need to tweak bit more and do menu screen, then and only then can you confess and prey for your soul. Coming Soon!

Note to MOD’s; would one of you be so kind to change the header to (Church Confession Multiplayer Death Match)

i played the game and it is a very good game. i tried making a church and it didnt come close to how ur level played. good job. ps i will playing anyone if they think they can bring it. game face ->

That rubble is the terrain from signs Addon pack but building a rubble pack is a good idea ty.

I also would like to give out the segments I have built for this MP arena game BUT not sure if I can, some are my mesh and some are from FPSC stock but I built all segments and texture is from MP3. So if any would like to let me know if I can give away once I’m done building CC.

Not a lot of feedback even though it’s been downloaded 26 times, I’m starting to think ppl are just downloading to get to the media coz it not protected

What makes it worse is that everyone'll know by now.
You shouldn't have told them that the media is unprotected, now someone will be stealing for sure.

I myself haven't downloaded the game since FPSC games tend to crash my comp because of the motherboard being a bit unstable. Otherwise, I would've played it. Looks wicked.

Downloading now! Looks Awesome!!!!

EDIT:

I just played this game and the only downside was I had no one to play against. The level design is great! You may want to consider adding a light source in the sanctuary.

Please tell me where you got those entities! I love the grandfather clock and the utility boxes throughout the level.
The frame rate dropped in some spots but not enough to ruin the game. Your game gets 3/5 stars!

Nah, not me at least. I would never do that. I've been downloading the different versions of this... along with many other games. I just don't comment games often. Probably just other people like me that are downloading it.

Just checked out the latest beta.Not bad at all.My graphics card doesn't support shaders but other than that it was fine.
A little optimization and few more health packs and you'll be there.
It's nice to see people thinking outside the box when they make a multiplayer game.

Please have mercy and use the search function.

Cool... hadn't thought about that! LOL

I really like the layout now and I never got below 25FPS. There is a lot of texture overlap though that is obvious, some of the walls, the columns, etc. You may have overdone it a bit with the broken floors, overall a nice improvement.

The grandfather clock is part of our up coming FREE everyday item pack, not sure about utility boxes...?
