Well, I found a free particle system that suports smoke-like, water-fountain, sprinkler, and snow-fall effects. Now the only problem is, how would I turn these functions into a DBPro ready dll? If anybody would like to help me take on this challenge, message me on msn at jadendecar@hotmail.com

Purebasic + Pureplugin would be a great way to do it.

Well, I was wondering about using dev-cpp, because the particle system that I mentioned is already in c++(sorry, should've mentioned that)
