Dark Physics & Dark A.I. & Dark Dynamix / Program doesn't compile...

I just downloaded Dark Physics and I installed it. I opened up a demo project and tried running it. The compiler stops and says that it can't understand the command "phy start". I have the following plugins in my "plugins-licensed" folder:

DarkPhysics
NxCharacter
NxCooking
NxExtensions
PhysXLoader

However, for some reason, programs involving any of those DLLs don't compile. Furthermore, a text file with the name of 'report' is created within the plugins-licensed folder. When I open it, it says

[VERIFICATION REPORT]
DarkPhysics.dll=NOT VALID

I've tried re-installing DP several times with no luck.

Any idea what's going wrong?

Have you activated it? You have to register it online before it will work.
