hi i can not draw, so i would like to know do you draw on paper then scan it in or do you do it in an art program.

and can someone please draw me a hand with an arm please, thank you in advance.

You should really say what angle the hand, and arm are supposed to be.

I like to draw on paper, then scan it in, then clean up the lines with Illustrator, and then colour it with Photoshop.

You can skip the illustrator part. It just makes nice, neat black lines. You can get get a good scanner outline, just not quite so good.

I can draw it for you. But top view, front view is not self explanatory to me. Try finding the right angles on google images, then post them so that I can see the right angles first.
