okay in milkshape if your using a background picture to work from whats the best way to design it start putting in vertices or use primitives and extrude them.also in order to animate do you need a bone structure set up in the object or can you have for instance a object just moving from frame to frame?? when you import models(x models)why didnt the bitmap with all the textures show up in materials? sorry about dumping all these questions im so curious to know im trying to get the hang of milkshape and hope to create some really good characters and animations.thankyou for any answers provided to help me.

textures you asign must be in the base directory of where you store you ms3d file
