Hey guys,
I´m new on the forum and I got a little problem.
I made a new script which gives the character a different texture after he died. When I run a test game I get an error, but at a friends PC it works

I hope you can help me here´s the code and a screen from the error

Yes, I too have been unable to get alternate textures to work with characters.

If it worked at your friends house, then could you please take a video of it working for us? We'd love to see it in action.

Lol, I have no doubt that it can be done, and whether or not this video is real, I'm definitally going to fix the problem with alt character textures that I'M having via a source mod.

That would be nice can you post here how I can do this, too when you´re ready?
And why does it work at his pc and not at my?? I don´t understand it and it´s unfair because he even doesn´t need this

Perhaps it only works on older video cards.

Lol, or he has downloaded something previously that inadvertantly fixed the problem with C++ Debug Assertions.

I hate seeing that error.... I see it in FPSC, and everywhere else I can imagine. I've even seen it pop out of a VB program I was making.
