Hi, I have been trying to download the Ragdoll feature from the TGC website.

I know that you have to log in, go to your downloads section and downloaded it from there. But it isn't there! And it isn't in the section for things that I have purchased either, neither is FPSC X10 at all (although it does say under the model packs that it the X10 version is coming soon, I don't know if the fact that this text is there means it knows I am X10 user or not).

How do I download this?

Thanks for every ones help, I have sorted it now. It turns out that when my copy was purchased, it was with a different account than the one used for X9.

And yes, I am older than 13. (no sarcasm intended in that reply)
