Does anyone of you own Gogas free FTP plugin? he released it for free, but i can't find it nowhere...

i searched the forum and found these threads:

here is the release, but sergeys (gogas) links are dead...

please, can someone help me? i need this plugin, as the DBP commands can't check for "if file exist".
