Yeah lag is still pretty bad seems to have carried over from x9, alogn with map creation times. He is running a 8800 GTS 320, e6750 intel, 2 gig ram.

Well the system is only part of it. What's loaded in the map? And isn't the card recommendation 512mb? I've got no lag with 8800 512mb and 2.8 duo with 3gb ram.

I think that a 8800 GTS 320 should run it fine, considering the first reccomendations was a 8800.

What else is running besides FPS Creator?

Perhaps some spyware, spyware scans, virus definitions, etc.
Is it just the game itself, or is it the map editor too?

Just trying to narrow it down

there are only about 5 things Vista is running in the backround that NEED to be there. everything else can be stopped and your computer will run fine. i wouldnt go deleting random processes, look into it. but that's all i know. my game never lags, idk.

what doesn't kill me makes me stronger; but if something kills me, I'm not that strong am I?

These comp specs some of you have make my head spin, my computer is no where in your camp, yet I can play games like doom 3 and quake 4 no problem, fpsc dx10 is so system hungry. Im hoping Lemur can fill the gap for a stable fpsc game set up.
