DLL Talk / Dll won't call RecieveCoreDataPtr. Crashes during dbpro runtime.

I'm trying to make a dll that accesses the dbpro core. Everything compiles fine, but when I try to call a command, the exe silently crashes. I put a check in the function to see of the g_pGlob pointer has been set; it has not.
Here is my code:


Is there a reason the RecieveCoreDataPtr function isn't being called?
