I just got fpscx10 and want to know how to get ragdoll?

Check your account order history page. There should be a download there for the Ragdoll pack.

I used another e-mail when i bought it.

I cant get the game to work either. i get a error:
"cant find compatible 3d drives"

I dont think you have proper drivers installed, or you dont have a good graphics card or something.

Your card does not support Direct X 10. You will need a NVidia 8000 or higher (Recommended 8600 - 8800). Since you already (or should) have Vista, just grab a new video card and put it in there. Then you will be able to play / make the games in FPS Creator X10

no your card is not DX10 capable. Get a new video card is your ONLY option
