You are a OPS agent, working for a secret base.
While you are in your pod in statis as you were not needed, you get called for a mission.
You hear the robot saying : "#124239, Felix Twarn. You have been put out of stasis, there has been a mission avalible. Our base in the Sea has been taken over by the G.A.P.R. You are under your way to the first outer Scout Field. Good Luck.". A piece of the celling opens and your gun falls out of it.You grab it, and infront of you, a portal has opened. You enter to begin your mission...

Idk about that dude... he has the X10 hud... but then again he could have just ripped it from X10
or something. It does look a lot like X9 though.

it doesn't look sleak, lightened, or high-tech enough to be x10. i think it is x9

what doesn't kill me makes me stronger; but if something kills me, I'm not that strong am I?

how could it be x10? mp5 does not work yet and i checked. plus, except for the first pic, it looks nothing like x10. if he actually got mp5 in x10, take a pic with the sliders open and a mp5 gun equiped, then i will be convinced

Yeah, its X10.Most pictures are still in Alpha/Beta though.They'll be more "Awsome" in the end.

Dude, i payed more then 1500 Euros for a new computer, i let it build with custom things. You know the rating system of Vista? 5,9 is the highest. and they give 5 ratings, and for 4 of the 5 things i got a 5,9. For the last thing i got a 5,8...The black outline is because the texture was made for X9, and not for X10.

perhaps its the engine and not the user. though then again, perhaps it is the user, Ive seen a whole bunch of sub par shots using dx10, they need to turn the ambient lighting off, and make sure the light settings on quality are high.

Also John Fletcher needs to post some decent shots, his come out fine, why are TGC not having the hired art staff put some eye candy screen shots together, thats a major marketing error they have going on there.

They could even do a contest to get users to submit them for a small prize, I dont know, say a media pack or something or other, shouldnt be that hard to make an great screenshot should it.

I believe most people here are confused about it being X10 because you didn't slide the bloom to 5000% like everyone else, this is a slight edit of your picture 2 to show what people were expecting, if you merely did this then there would be no confusion.

I got 2 new pics, theyre the same control room, only a bit modified and i added a bit of blurlike bloom, to give a bit of a feeling that the player has to get used to the lights inside of the building.

That bloom would look good for something like a "chemical spill" level. But you couldn't see much.

I think it looks pretty though.

Looks good, but to those saying 'its not X10' give him a break, it clearly is and the reason it doesn't look as good as what people expect, it is because X10 has the power to do a lot, but the media work still has to be done by the user and next gen media is on a quite high bar. I'd say the media is good (and the model pack stuff as said is from FPSC X9), it's just not plastered in detail (or bloom ) and deep normal maps.

Yea,im going to put non breakable windows and add a water texture/decal behind it and a skybox so it looks like your underwater ^^.And at a certain point something awesome happens.If you wanna know tell me,its a spoiler tough ^^

Picture of the Lift area,witch is the begin of Level 2,i did this place on purpose cause i am kind of proud of this picture =D.
The lights in FPSC dont go for the whole tile,witch means if you place them on top it wont shine down,so i placed different lights at different places with a different shine power and now it looks like the lights go to the floor. =D
