I am having trouble with transparency. Im using DarkGDK and the dbSetImageColorKey code isn't working so is there any other transparency code or do I need to put it in a specific spot.

It won't work well with jpg because jpg images are compressed and have detail loss and color changes. At best you'd get a spotty transparency effect on the image... Won't look nice Use a lossless BMP and try it out.

If you've got a program that can handle alpha properly- Paintshop Pro?- I'd use png for it. Small file size, lossless image, and transparency you can set for any pixel.

If anything, just don't use jpg, for the reasons listed by Agent Dink.

Give me an ounce of Puyo, good apothecary, to sweeten my imagination.
