hello I just ordered the FPS creator X10 and was cheaking for updates and downlaoded the "FPSC X10 16+ Blood & Ragdoll Patch". is that the newest update?

No that is just an add-on to FPS Creator. It enabled blood and ragdolls.

Updates are given through the automatic update program when you run FPS Creator. As of this message it should be at 1.06
