Do anybody know how can I use this function from DBP?
I think I can call it from system32.dll.
Please help me!

That link is to sample code, but the functions it calls are all available in kernel32.dll (GetFileTime, FileTimeToSystemTime, and SystemTimeToTzSpecificLocalTime, that is.)

Basically, load the dll, and call the functions with the correct parameters.

The real question is why do you want to change file dates? That is the OS's job.

oh, what i meant was that others are (still) wondering why he wants to change the dates, not how to go about it.

My first reaction when I see a post like this languishing is...where else has this request been made? Thanks for pointing it out to me. I actually don't mind responding (In the manner I did, that is....) to this type of request. I've had to do that before in data acquisition to set file file date/time to the original date and time of the file after transfer. It is actually a common thing to want to do without being an attempt to use software beyond its trial period, for example.

The trouble is...if you have to ask...you should probably start off with less lofty goals, imo. Certainly, you should not expect someone to write the entire thing for you when they are not sure how you are going to use it. That's not right at all!

There are a couple of recent posts asking similar things about functions that, frankly...you shouldn't mess with if you aren't completely sure what you are doing.

Anyway, I want to say that all of this and more is thoroughly documented in the Platform SDK. If you want to use Windows core functions...get the SDK and use it. Everytime I post something like this, I get the information from the Platform SDK. Go to MSDN Downloads. I will show anyone that's interested how to use it in your DBPro apps.

It's ideal to change the file date on something you were supposed to hand in before the weekend, wrote during the weekend and then say that you in fact had it written but just forgot to hand it in previous friday

(And no, I've never done that, but it just might work)
