I still have not received the download for it, the email I bought it under kmartin27539@yahoo.com or furthersolutions@yahoo.com.

Does it have to be the same as my forum email?

Check your Order History in your profile.It's a download.

I have contacted TGC's billing and order support, no help, its not in my order history nor my downloads. This is probably the main reason I bought FPSC X10, but I can't even use it.

Ragdolls, and updated graphics are the reasons why I will be spending $800+ for a new pc.

I heard there was an auto-updater in FPSCX10, not sure though.

Also make sure you wait a few days. If you contacted them over a weekend, they will probly respond on Mon or tues.

BTW your website is suspended.

that is why it is not showing in your order history, because you used a different email.

Yes it has to be the same.
If you used a different email then it won't show up in your order history.
Try creating another TGC forum account with that email and see if its in that order history.
You can still use your old login, just use the new temp one for the download.
I'm not sure if the account has to be created first or not, but its worth a try.

Or just contact support again informing them of your old email and new, ask to rectify and they will correct it - I had same problem, now its fixed.
