FPS Creator X10 / Error installing games on 64 bit Vista

We are getting feedback from one user of our game (http://www.otssoftware.com/AlienXcape.aspx) that they are getting an error 2755 when they try to install our game and error 10 when they try to run it. They are running Windows Vista 64 bit Ultimate. The thread from our forum is http://www.otssoftware.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=3.

Anyone know what the problem might be?

ATI(AMD) just released new Drivers today for the HD 3850 Catalyst 8.3, I would download and install them and also make sure they have the lasted DirectX November 2007 and make sure you run the installer and the startup.exe as Administrator, I read the release notes for the new drivers and they are suppose to give a big boost in performance

No Problem!

Its really weird because ATI just released Catalyst 8.2 a couple of days ago and I read the release notes and it said that all the 3800 series video cards would see a 20% increase in performance and a 30% increase running 2 cards in crossfire mode and now 2 days later 8.3 is released.

He installed the latest drivers and DirectX 10, but then got:

"It installs but a i get a red x with a number 13 next to it."

Strange!

If the game is running fine on other users PC's and he is the only one having this problem I'm thinking he has other issues with his PC that are causing the game not to run, like a virus or Trojan horse or both, or a older program installed on his PC that is not compatible with Vista and is causing a driver conflict. Or he has too many programs running in the background eating up his system resources, if he has a bunch of Icons in his bottom right corner of his PC that could be the problem.
