Maybe you mean to notify the player if the target was hit? Like a small cross? ie not every time the weapon is fired

no i mean for it to appear as like a bullet hole, but obviously not a bullet hole (ie. enemy=mile away fired decal =mile away) lol

Modify the sparks decal to whatever you want the decal to be.

He wants the target marked.
I don't believe you can do this with a character.
Obviously you can do it with segments etc. Just replace
the bullet hole decal.
