Hello there,
i just wante to ask couple of questions..

1. there is some way to run FPSCx10 on Windows Server 2003,
Why i'am asking?
cause my server 2003 has x64 bit like Vista,
so i tought maybe it will work.

2. if i will work with FPSCx10 ill be able to take the code behind my game and improve it with C++ + DarkGDK / or maybe with some onother compiler?

3. Can i set the game to show all my character? (3rd body view).

i know its FPS Creator but i really want to make some kind of RPG game using this engine, and i'am asking because i know thad nothing impossible on PC Programming..
on the other side it will be awesome for FPSC not only FPS fan's will but it =]

Thanks,
David.

I'am sorry for the double post,
but anyway i have 1 more question,
Crysis is using DirectX10 right?
so how can we play it on Windows XP? (anyway i'am playing it on XP)
So my question is, when ill create a game, people will be able to play with Windows XP or both FPSC and the game created in it need's Vista?
if both, how you explain Crysis?

and i'am still waiting to answer for my first questions,
i guess the mod's is busy, please answer fast as you can.

Edit:
i've finally got my Windows Vista,
now i just want you guys yo answer me and then,
Lets Rock!
Thanks,
David.

Crysis on XP runs in X9, that is why the ULTRA HIGH setting of graphics display is disabled, this is the DX10 mode, and will only work on Vista.

Im not going to repeat myself on your first questions

Sure you can make an RPG with it. Just open up the source code and have at it.

Yes, you can make your character third person. It will look slightly less professional but there is a way. All you need to do is make a new weapon, that includes the character. Set it in front of the camera and align it to the ground. This mean you will have to do your own animations though. It isn't easy.

We don't have any magical knowledge that the other members do not possess.I have FPSC x10 but I can't run it because I am still waiting on parts, etc.
I can tell you that your best chance for support (for better or for worse) is going to be from the forum members...whether they be a mod or not.

RIP Floating Skull unknown-2007 we will miss you in FPSC x10
