I don't think TGC works on weekends, so you might not hear from support until monday, I think the same goes for order approvals, you might have to wait until monday for that too.

No problem, I think it just depends. If there is a brand new model pack just released then sometimes orders get approved over the weekend. Hard to say though.

Yes, thats why I don't like this instant install thing.
Okay, here is my new idea:

FPSC creates a "TEMP" folder, and a backup of the purchased items are saved here with the same directory structure as its installed.

For example XY bought a big blue window segment. Fpsc will create a new folder "big blue window_purchased" with segmentsbank, meshbank.. subfolders. And put the files in the correct folder.

User can simply make a backup of the entire TEMP folder and only neeed to copy back files to the correct location. (From TEMP/window_purchased/segmentsbank... to FPSCretor/files/segmentbank.. etc

Please, implement one of my suggestion, because its not easy to browse out the matching files. And most of the people are want to make backups like me.

Or remove this maximum redownload limt.

Just noticed that every one of the 'Top Downloads' in the store is free, this doesn't seem fair to the excellent models you have to pay for. Perhaps removing the free stuff from top downloads might help sell the models better?

Yea, I think free items should be excluded from the top downloads list. Free stuff is pretty much always gonna be on top.

I second that...give bond1 a chance to earn the honors he deserves .
But seriously, as a store seller i find it hard to compete with noBudget stuff also..

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.

I agree. The free stuff needs to be rated like everything else but it should not be included in the most downloaded section.

I have 4000 points in the store, is it possible to keep these for when X10 gets a store or is there a time limit that they have to be used by? If there is a time limit, it is possible to redeem the points back into cash or possible make them inactive until needed?

If you read through the entire terms agreement, Nicky, you'd see that there is a 90 day limit I think. I only purchase as-needed, and as such have 0 points at the moment

when I stocked up on points, I didn't know I was getting Vista, now I want to give X10 a really good 'going over' and would rather buy models for that. I really hope I don't lose them!!

Really. Wow... I'm going to have to read up on the terms and use my points then... I personally think having a time limit is not a good thing...

Sellers have 2 boxes wich we can tick to tell, X9 ready and X10 ready, but I dont know how it helps the buyer since it cant be ssen.
So I dont really know, try to get in contact with the creator and see if it supports X10.
None of my models is X10 ready, at least not for now.

This, I hope, should answer the question regarding the time limit of points.

Quote: "
1. Points

e) Cancelling Points. If the Game Creator Store is closed then You will have a 60 day period in which to use up all remaining Points, after which your Points will be lost.

(f) Expiry of Points. Points must be used within 12 months of the date of the last purchase of Points and will expire automatically after that period has elapsed. Expired Points cannot be used or reinstated later.

"

Under e) I hope that should never happen.

I'm sorry to see that there is an expiry of points. It seems that if you pay for them you should never lose them. However, 12 months should be an ample amount of time to use them up; although, you can only use 2,000 points per day.

Another thought is that some sellers are using odd amounts of points, which makes it possible like I have right now to end up with an odd amount of points. I have 3 points left right now and even if I buy some more I will probably never be able to use them up unless I find other models that have an odd amount of points. I may not purchase any more models that have an odd amount just for that reason.
