If you're a keen 3D modeler and want to make extra revenue for yourself then why not consider signing up to publish in the new Game Creator Store?

It's a simple process to get started, even if you just have a few models ready.

The first step is to send in some samples of your work in screen shot format. It's also beneficial to show the objects working inside FPS Creator. If the quality is sufficient then you will be sent back the terms and conditions agreement. Assuming you can agree to signing it, you will then be sent additional information on how to complete the signup.

So if you're interested just email me at rick@thegamecreators.com with your screen shots.

djmaster - well they look OK, not a lot for me to comment on. I would recommend you create a few more before deciding to sign up.

Is there anychance that a under16 year old could sign up and sell his models for free without this contract thingy?

It's 18 years and yes. You need your parents signatures though.

The contract is essential. If you're under 18 then your parents can sign up and you must counter sign. Your parents will be responsible for all media you upload.

How do you provide your parents signatures though?
Do you just print out a Form.
Make your parents sign it and then scan it in and email the scan to rick?

Wow. Didn't realize there were so many minors here. I might submit something when I learn to texture better.

It only looks like I know what I'm talking about.

I really think the store will be a good thing for FPSCdom, I will try to learn better texturing soon or have (pay) someone else texture my models.

It only looks like I know what I'm talking about.

Well I am over 18 and I'm considering making models for the FPSC store but only if I can get paid in points rather then real money.

If not I'll just give them away free.

Here is a picture of some of the very first models I've ever made
for FPSC. I made all the textures myself.

Please tell me if you think there good enough for the store

Now all you need is to make them segments and make a matching flat segment.

DJmaster, you might wanna consider brightening your textures. There are holes in that brown crater.

RickV, i hope you email back quickly. I'm getting really exited now, and i hate it. You wont regret letting me be a seller!

PS. Sorry for nagging. I just really want to be a seller. here is a screenshot of a room I made quickly.

All of my textures are seamless. I'm still getting used to making wood ones, as you can see. But, no offence, but i think i am better than that "Indie" TGC store seller, so that's gotta be a good thing.

What is possible with my room segment.

I'd like the store to allow all types of game assets. So Huds for sure , along with music, sound, sky maps etc. For now we are still in early release mode and need to keep checking it's all working fine.

The person in question could, but it's faster to search for some in the store, not to mention that the model/segment is downloaded, and is in the correct folder instantly.

Kudos for everyone at the TGC staff for that!

Ok, I'm planning to improve my moddelling skills before I try this out.....

Could you give us a sort of example on how the letter should be arranged, and, (not that I would do this), but how would you know if we forged our parents' signatures?

Great job on this by the way, it's all making FPSC that little bit better...
