ok... i have a modeller (gmax) that can export .p3d files (plasma) but i need it to be able to export to .x or .3ds... or maybe just to be able to convert to them

answer if you know of ANY program that can convert between the 2

There aren't really any plasma importers around you would have to export to .3ds using plasma it's self!

plamsa is like a composite Renderer ... you might have more luck exporting as md3

m3d no... but md3 yes... DBP support all Quake formats (and BSP formats)

it makes Gmax a perfect solution with the Tempest Pack (free from the Gmax site)

well for db standard you can't but for enhanced you could but you'd have to make your own importer
