Hi All,

Does anyone know if it's possible to do the following:

- Load one Xfile (or 3DS file) with no animation (of a figure at frame 1)
- Load a second Xfile (or 3DS file) with no animation (of the same figure at frame 10)
- Then append those 2 files and export into one Xfile (or 3DS file) with 10 frames of animation?

If that's not possible to do, would it be possible to load all 10 Xfiles (each of the same figure at different points of the 10 frames of animation), append them together into one Xfile, then export into one Xfile with all the animations?

I'm trying to create Xfiles with animations for a DB program by using exported Poser figures (which I can get into either 3DS or Xfiles), but WITHOUT having to create bones in 3d studio max or anything like that.

If DarkBasic can do it the way I'm suggesting, it would be much easier and a life saver. But I'm very new at DB and want to see if it can be done.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
john...
