I'm probably going to be kicked in the butt for asking this question, cuz it is probably deceptively simple.

Don't you hate .EXEs you create all having the same, dry, gray thing-a-ma-bob for an icon with all darkbasic applications. How can you make a custom one?

search for gogole for somethign called resource hack or reshack. it lets u change icons in any exe.
