I'm creating a game called Rising: 1916.
Story:
You are Patrick O'Callaghan, a young man from Dublin in 1916. You have been involved with the Irish Volunteers, a paramilitary organisation trying to gain independence from Britain. You joined up for a new life, and now you wish you had your old one back.
It is Easter Monday, 1916, and 1,500 Irish rebels have seized the city of Dublin. The positions held by the vastly outnumbered and outgeared rebels are soon isolated and under siege by the British army. Defeat is inevitable, but will
you survive?
Your position as courier to the Irish rebels leads you into many situations around the city. You must make your way around the historically-as-possibly-accurate Dublin and complete missions and tasks. The British reinforcements will pour in, cordoning off streets and alleys; will you sneak, or fight a way through?

This is based on a real historic event, and the game might be expanded to include the 1919 War of Independence in Ireland, but that will have to be decided on later. To learn more, search wiki. This game will prove to be quite a challenge, and any people who wish to help or contribute may do so! I am hoping to find a way to make easy and accurate buildings.
This project may not see its actual build stage, but design is already underway. The main problems are my lack of spare time and lack of models needed and/or money to buy other models.
