Well, since I'm only 15, its kinda hard for me to get a work permit to actually sell these, so I think I'll just give em away for free ;p
All the models and textures that I post here will be made 100% by with absolutely no outside images unless otherwise stated and are totally royalty free, use to your hearts content, just put my name somewhere in the credits. I have worked really hard on everything I've put up here (or will put up here) and am doing it out of the kindness of my heart (yes...I could sell them, but I wont. I'm much much more interested in simply increasing my skill). Anyway, how much would you actually pay for this model just cuz I'm wondering how much my work is worth Anywho, email/aim/msn me for the model, I'll be creating a web directory for all of them soon enough, so until then, have fun! --Mitch/WindTech
An Armored Core based model (You could call it a "Mech" and the royalty issue goes away because I modelled and textured everything in this 100% from scratch only using lightwave and photoshop, no outside files.)
3352 polygons /w weapons attached
7x 512x512 UV textures (arms, legs, core/chest, head, arm weapon, back radar, and back missile launcher)
Includes animations: walk, run, jump, boost, overboost, fly, kneel, strafe, fire both weapons/aim both weapons, 3 idle animations, 5 additional cool stationary poses, 1 "dance" timed to 'Snakes'(optional).

Contact info for model.

That's really coooool!

I can't really use it for any of my current projects, but I'm tempted to make a game entirely around that model!

I dont think you could. Wind Tech might have made the models, but AgeTec owns Armored Core (and this is an Armored Core model from a previous post, am I correct). Not sure if they'd take it very well.

At first glance, I'm a mediocre mech pilot. Look again and you will see my battlemech's computer code rushing through my eyes. My Mech And I Are One!

Mmm, I haven't used any of their concept art yet, and you can definately tell the difference if you look at it, theres is better ;p
The only thing that is similar is the color scheme and the basic structure and style of an "AC" which is the same as gundam/xenogears/robotech/macross/longlistofmechanime-gamethings.
And yes, this is an "Armored Core" model but I think someone might just mistake AC for Armored Chassis ;p Anyway...companies like Agetec and From Software have always supported fan art and projects, Square (prior to Enix........) was the same way.

In the mean time, C&C away
And give me a list of things you'd like to see to go with this guy
I'm making things like additional thrusters for high velocity aeriel combat and space flight and what not, including under-water gear. On top of that, a whole boatload of diff weapons/parts/arms/heads/legs/cores.
Give me ideas and I'll model away!

How bout those Arrow legs from Armored Core 3? And the Kawasara MK-2 form Armored Core 2 and the Moonlight Laser Blade from Armore Core 3? Those would look great on him!

Nice model windtech.

On the topic of selling, I really don't think it would be a problem selling, because it's impossible(99.999999999%) to completely dupilicate a model.

Hmmmm, I can't really give you any C&C, unless I was extremely picky.

Nice work.

$15, that's considering that most of the people in this community don't have big budgets. You might be able to get away with selling it for higher somewhere else, yet if you sold in a package with 2 or 3 more mechs, then I think you'd be able to sell for some really nice cash at turbo squid.

Hmm.. How much would I pay for it?
About $20. Add in every part as seperate limbs (every part from armored core 1-3) for complete customization, and I can see it selling at turbo squid for a good $175! Imagine that kind of money!

yes but that would make it "Armored Core" and -then- it would be violating copyrights

I think it would be nice having a heavy motorbike with it.
There could be animations where he fires, when he turns (leg a lil to side, etc) and when he climbs on it.
