FPSC Classic Scripts / how can I add allies in FPSC v1?

hi every1
am new to this software, I was wondering how can I make an ally like in FPSC X10 but in the older version, i tried this

Making AI is a complex part of scripting and before getting into scripting, I suggest getting used to how everything else in FPSC works.

That'll give you a chance to figure some things out in the Editor and when it comes down to scripting, knowing your way around FPSC is a definite headache relief.

i've read all manuals and seen all tutorials and know my way around, i didn't start studying scripting i just thought the script is already programmed so i was askin for it..
can it be done or do i have to use X10?

Hmmmm...

well you could use the one sticky or switch over to X10, but the closest one to that ally for X9, with out mods, is located here

i have installed the mod but as i told u am a scripting newbie where should i load the script, in start or in main, i tried both but it screwed things up

i tried doing as Gamer X posted in the topic i installed the mod and tried everything.. it doesn't work, the ally looks shaky and when i get close to it moves horizontally as if it's flying, am i doin sth wrong?

There may be further instructions to get the Ai working properly.

Sometimes Allies in X9 require you to name all of your enemy entities some specific name, and/or have all of your allied entities named the same.


Try looking through the thread if you haven't already.
