Story:
You are an elite operative sent by the Malyrium government to infiltrate the stronghold of the leading weapons contractor to the government, Paycore. In the face of an all-out invasion of Malyrium, Paycore reveals to the government that they are the ones financing and equipping the invading Asur insurgency. Paycore has been counting on a cover up by the Malyrium govt. to maintain an executive reputation and remain controlling the invasion without risking a full fledged investigation. As Paycore plays a deadly game of political blackmail, you have been deployed with utmost confidentiality.

You are to disable Paycore's production and shipping of weapons and stop the corporate enterprise by any means necessary.

This is Part One of Three

FPSC Version:
Un-modded V1.13

Praise for Emergence
"The outdoor scene looks brilliant." - Nigezu
"I'm very impressed with it! Excellent level design! I had good framerates throughout... and the entire thing had a professional flow to it." - KeithC
"It is great. It is such a nice big full level and maintained a great framerate. Really well done. Exploring the level was a lot of fun and it wasn't too hard to beat even for a bad gamer like me. It was really great fun!" - dennisb

The outdoor scenes look good, I like the colour of the lights in the first screen (although it looks like you've used quite a few...maybe remove one or two?).

The textures in screen 4 are a little blank, everything else looks good. I'll download it now.

I like the design on that last screen BTW...looks very familiar...

I remember playing this, it was pretty good. My only suggestion would be to use some sort of performance mod...'cause it ran pretty slow on my computer (don't ask about system specs...it's definately NOT the problem).

Either way, it looked pretty awesome.

I think that once GameXS comes out, I will do what I can to make it better as far as performance goes. When GXS does come out, I'll take a look at the mods and see which one gives the best performance and go with it.

As for the download being corrupted, I have 7Zip and it extracts just fine for me, and I've tried it on every computer I can get a hold of (which is quite a lot, actually). I think WinRAR extracts things and says that they are corrupted, when in reality they are perfectly fine.

The game has been downloaded over 400 times! Wow! Thanks a bunch, guys.
The second "level" if you will, Emergence Detonation, will be released as GameXS comes out, and then later on, Extraction will be released. At that time, the only way to get Extraction is to pay for it. It'll only be about $5, and contain a couple of sets of multiplayer maps, and the single player will include the achievement system used in GameXS.

Sounds really good, I'll definately buy. Will you bundle Infiltration and Detonation with it?

Will Extraction still be one level? If it is a couple chapters long and is bundled with Infiltration and Detonation I will probably buy.

It will be a couple levels long and bundled with Detonation and Infiltration, and it'll hopefully be done before Dec 2009.
