Ok well i'm gonna make a system to keep you guys updating on what i'm doing


Added working on Idea

new huds that show what the ally has started to do(walk,hold position,attacking)

multiple targets


new way for the ally to engage

Improved AI (please tell me what you would like)

grrrrr....it doesnt work! i put the scripts in all the places but the ally doesnt follow he more like strafes around.And when i put him near the enemy and shoot the enemy they both start flopping
around like fish out of water! i dont get it.is the ally actually supposed to "follow" you around?

[um, sorry for the necromancy here, but for some reason my computer will not dowload .rar files, if its possible, can you put it in .zip format? ]

my computer is the same it will not download rar files so would it be possible to put it into zip format?

Hey dood. uve done well. really well. way beta than i eva cud. can i make a request? wud u b able 2 make it so that your allies engage the enemy as soon as they see them? so that you dont have 2 attack the enemy 4 ur allies 2? coz im makin a game where it takes 1-2 shots to die. thnx lol.

Follow the instructions that come with it, and put the scripts in the rights places. You have to equip certain scripts in certain places on your ally and enemy. You also have to name the entities certain things. This is all listed in the instructions so give em a look.

The ally sucks no offense. Because even when I shoot the enemy, he just looks the opposite direction of the enemy and shoot nothing!

i dont get how to put an rar file as script because my computer cant read the file! i want the code sooooo bad but my stupid computer doesnt read .rar files

Download Winzip or Winrar, Right-click on the rar file, and 'extract' the files. The scripts are inside the rar

Honestly, I am having this exact problem. Before you say, follow the instructions to the letter, I did. I named my ally ally, I named my enemy enemy. I put the scripts exactly where he told me to, I put ally main, into my ally's main script slot, and etc etc. The enemy (after flopping on the ground like a fish) will finally shoot at me, but my ally does nothing (even when I press the button for follow or shoot the enemy) he doesnt even move or shoot. Can someone please help me out here?

you put the huds folder directly into the files folder and you put the audio folder inside of the audiobank.
