Any way. Im making a first person shooter (called Xfire) but its laking what all FPS's need guns. Whatever i do i cant get a gun to appear on screen and allow you to shoot or look round with the mouse

you will have to laod the gun object, then lock it to the screen,then edit its position (x,y,z) so it sits nicely onscreen then append the animations of shooting etc, and to look around ther eis a mouselook tutorial in the examples somewhere, thats what i use when im making fps's.there is probably an easier way, but i don't know.

They give you a full tutorial in the manual. From the shoddy design stage to adding particle effects and shine.
